By purchasing this permit, the purchaser and hunter acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Hunting permits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for any reason.
2. Upon completion of purchase, the permit holder reserves a limited hunting opportunity and access rights associated with the selected permit. Because permit availability is reduced immediately upon purchase, no refunds, credits, chargebacks, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.
3. No refunds will be provided due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, travel issues, weather conditions, hunting success or lack thereof, failure to harvest an animal, inability to utilize the permit, changes in personal circumstances, or any other reason.
4. Permit holders are solely responsible for understanding all applicable hunting regulations, season dates, licensing requirements, and permit conditions before completing their purchase.
5. Any attempt to dispute, reverse, or charge back a valid permit purchase after agreeing to these terms may be contested using this agreement, order records, permit records, and electronic acceptance records.
6. By checking the acknowledgment box and completing payment, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Permit Purchase Agreement and understand that all permit sales are final.
